Membership Terms & Conditions

We are grateful to have you as a member of the Smokin’ Barrel Winery Wine Club! Our Wine Club is designed to provide our members with special benefits, savings, and opportunities to enjoy our wines throughout the year.

Membership Commitment

Wine Club membership requires a one-year commitment consisting of three consecutive Wine Club releases, each release consists of 4 bottles of wine:

• March Release
• July Release
• November Release

By joining the Wine Club, members agree to receive and purchase all three consecutive releases during their initial membership commitment.

Wine Club Benefits

Active Wine Club members receive:

• 20% off bottle of Smokin’ Barrel wine
• Two complimentary wine tastings per visit
• Access to exclusive Wine Club events, releases, and other member benefits offered throughout the year

Membership benefits are available only while the membership remains active and in good standing.

Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their Wine Club membership after completing their commitment and receiving their third consecutive Wine Club release.

If a member cancels before fulfilling the required three-release commitment, any Wine Club discounts previously received may be reversed. The value of those discounts may be charged to the credit card on file during Wine Club release processing.

All cancellation requests must be submitted by email. It is the member’s responsibility to notify Smokin’ Barrel Winery by email of their request to cancel.

Once a cancellation is effective, all Wine Club privileges—including complimentary tastings, bottle discounts, member pricing, and access to Wine Club events and benefits—will be discontinued immediately.

Credit Card & Payment Policy

Members are responsible for maintaining a valid and current credit card on file.

Once your commitment is fulfilled if a members card is declined more than four times during Wine Club release processing, the membership may be automatically canceled or suspended until payment for the current release has been received and all payment and membership information has been updated.

Any outstanding Wine Club release obligation or balance remains due even if membership benefits have been suspended or canceled because of unsuccessful payment attempts.

Member Responsibility

By joining the Smokin’ Barrel Winery Wine Club, the member acknowledges and agrees to these Membership Terms & Conditions, including the three-release commitment, payment requirements, and cancellation policy.
